BACKGROUND OBJECTIVE
The last significant things to focus on in the order management system include job listing page, and order detail page.

these are necessary to run the order automatically from the start till the end. and also help the installer finds all needed information smoothly and manages all tasks successfully by themselves.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
When installer enters the Web App, we want them to...
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฟ Know what task installer needs to do at a glance
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฟ Eager to clear all of the prioritized tasks and clear them easily
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฟ Aware the updates from notification
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฟ if there is no task here, installer should know what they need to do to get the task

And when they tap to all job pages, we want them to...
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฟ See all projects they have based on project status
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฟ Find the project they would like to see the detail easily
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฟ See status update of the latest order of each project easily

And when then tap to see more detail button of their focused customer, we want them to...
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฟ See the important detail of this stage of work
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฟ Not be overwhelmed by other information
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฟ Can create quotations at every stage of work
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฟ Can create survey appointment
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฟ Go to Chat easily
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฟ Collect order history of the project with a timeline

INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE + WIREFRAME
This wireframe is our first draft in Miro. We use it as a tool to communicate to stakeholders before designing.

UT RESULT + INSIGHT
After the useability testing and interview session is done, we had found that...

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฟ Installers donโ€™t want to see only todayโ€˜s and tomorrowโ€™s jobs, they want to see all jobs they have and sort by start working date or status to help them find it easily.
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฟ Each installer wants to see the job in advance differently depending on how big the site is and how long it takes because they have to prepare their crews and product due to the job site.
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฟ When installers press the start job button, they don't expect to see the job detail since they commonly go into the job description before they press the button.

VISUAL DESIGN
Here is the UI revised flow of the job listing page after UT.

CUT OFF SCOPE FOR SERVICE 2.0
After all main and critical features were designed, our internal team have similar agreement to cut some minor feature in the first launch of new service 2.0 because limitation of time and team. Moreover, we need to communicate this new system's scope of work to admin and operation team, which is one of the main key players on the home service system, resulting in us creating a service blueprint in order to communicate to both internal and external teams to make sure that everyone is on the same page.

In addition, to illustrate PM who will have to decide the direction of which features should be addressed for the next development
