My role
Previously, Flash Coffee did not have its own product design team. The consumer app for ordering coffee was designed by an agency and was not tailored to actual user needs, resulting in significant imperfections and ample room for improvement.
I joined Flash Coffee as one of the early product designers, where I led design projects from inception to execution. I spearheaded the revamp of the consumer app and developed the POS system from scratch.

Our goal as a design team is to create a top-tier experience and service for both customers and baristas by seamlessly bridging the digital and physical divide across multiple touchpoints. We strive to develop solutions that enable baristas to work faster and more efficiently while providing customers with a smooth, integrated experience both in-store and when using our application.
